Who can become a member of NFBPA?

Any individual with an interest in local, state or federal government leadership and public management can become a member of NFBPA.

Do I have to join the local chapter?

No. Members of NFBPA do not have to join a local chapter. However, the Southern Piedmont Chapter encourages you to take advantage of the additional opportunities for networking, professional development and community service.

Can I pay local and national dues to the chapter?

Yes, national and local dues may be paid to the chapter. The chapter will handle the rest.

Are there opportunities to volunteer with the chapter?

Yes, the local chapter provides a variety of opportunities to participate through its local committees, events and activities.
